2. Return of Services
At MBICT, we provide services, not physical products. As such, there are no physical items to return in the event that a service is canceled or modified. We do not have a return window, nor do we offer exchanges or warranties on the services we provide.

Once payment is made for a service, it is fully allocated to the client’s project, and no goods are physically handed over. Our services include website design, website hosting, and other web-based services. The service is fully under the client’s care and responsibility once payment is processed.


3. Refund Policy
As our business deals with intangible services, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. Payments are processed for services rendered and in accordance with the agreed-upon Terms of Service and Quotes.

If you decide to cancel or modify a service, please note that no refund will be granted. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the No Refund policy outlined in the service agreement.
