For remote work, discuss online meetings, content approvals, connectivity and secure access. If hardware or premises are involved, request a site-specific assessment rather than assuming remote support can resolve everything.

Agree deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, support hours and recurring costs. Any on-site attendance, travel and third-party requirements need written confirmation before work begins.

No local branch network is claimed. MBICT is based in Johannesburg. The locations on this page describe where businesses can enquire from, not office addresses or a guarantee of on-site availability.
How do remote projects and on-site IT support differ?
Website, software and cloud projects can be discussed for remote delivery. Work involving physical devices, cabling or site access needs a separate location assessment. Agree remote access, any site visits, travel costs, support hours and responsibilities in the quotation before work starts.
Is the R2,500 website starting price available for nationwide enquiries?
The published MBICT web design starting price is R2,500 once-off with basic hosting included. Your quotation confirms the website scope, hosting duration and limits, renewals, domain costs and VAT treatment. Other services and any site visits are quoted separately.
